I am recovering back pain and this experience alone has thought a lot about life. That pain is not the original problem and unless we fix the actual problem we cannot get rid of the pain. We go through emotional problems in life sometime or the other. Apart from enjoying the pain that comes from emotional drama, are there any kind of exercises that we can do become emotionally strong. Please help. Any kind of information is welcome. Thanks in advance.
