Anyone know good stretches for lower back pains during pregnancy?
Reader Q and A March 30th, 2009
My tailbone/lower back area has been killing me, and I was just wondering if anyone knew of any exercises or stretches that would help alleviate the pain? Thanks!
I had physical therapy for 3 months of my life when I was in a car accident, and at this point and time while it would be nice to do again it would be too costly for me to afford.

There is one that I don’t know what its called but you get on all fours and arch your back then release it all the way down, I think its called the cat stretch. This helps immensely and you can use it to move baby through labor as well.
Good luck!

You should talk to your OB about possible physical therapy. I have an old back injury that is being really aggrevated, and physical therapy is really helping!
If not though: standing against the wall with your feet out infront of you, you can do pelvic tilts. You stand normal, and then pull your back flush to the wall, hold for 10 secs.
Glut squeezes will help your tail bone.
Squats against the wall too will help.
