Lay flat on your back with your knees slightly bent as if you were to do a sit up, put your hands being your head and simply lift your shoulders off of the floor while pointing your elbows towards your knees until you feel your abdominal muscles tighten. Then slowly lower yourself back to the floor and repeat the process again. Try not to lift your entire back as this will defeat the purpose of this exercise. Repeating this exercise often will help with the treatment of your Sciatica.
