Back Stretch
Lie on your belly. Put your arms on the floor and move your upper body above the floor. The weight of the higher body should lie on your palms. Wait for 5 seconds and then go back to relaxing again. Repeat the process 10 times every day.
Knee To Chest
Lie on your back with legs straight. Move one knee up to the chest while pressing the lower back into the floor. Wait for 5 seconds and then relax. Perform the process with the other leg. Repeat the process 5 times daily.
